Finding an Opponent

The Chatbox - A live chat board used to interact with other users and set up matches. Open Challenges - Challenges posted by players actively logged on open for all members of the community to join.

Sending a Challenge

Challenges can be sent to players from their profile. Click a players name on the Online Now list or in the Chatbox, click challenge, then select the Game Mode, entry fee, and date/time. Once a challenge is sent the details are posted under Tournaments on the My Tournaments page and your opponent is sent a message through their mail box with the challenge details.

Accepting a Challenge

Anytime a player challenges you the match details as well as the option to accept or decline the challenge will be posted under Tournaments on the My Tournament. You will also receive a message through your mail box

Ready to Play

Setting up a tournament is a 3 step process. Player A sends the challenge, Player B accepts, Player A finalizes the match and locks it in. Once the match is ready to be played the report option will become available under Tournaments on the My Tournament page. Do not start playing until the match is locked in and the report option is posted. If the match does not lock in there is no binding agreement for us to enforce

Contacting Opponent

At any point that you and your opponent are ready to play, you will want to send them a message with your online gamer tag or persona and establish a place to meet online to play the match. Upon completion of the match, your results are recorded by GT and your payout will be sent to the winner automatically.

Hour Rule

You have 24 hours from the time each round is posted to submit the times you are available to play. Failure to post the times you are available to play within 24 hours of a round launching will result in an automatic forfeit.

Posting Your Available Times

A match is only scheduled if both you and your opponent post the time slot as a time you can be available to play. If and when a match is scheduled players are informed via internal message and email of the scheduled match time, the scheduled match time is also posted under Tournaments on the My Tournament page.

Play Now

At any time the a round is current and both you and your opponent are logged on to the site you and your opponent have the option to play the match by clicking Play Now. If the opposing player does not respond to a request to play now within 15 minutes the match will reset to the scheduled match time. If you both click Play now there is no longer a scheduled match time, there is no longer a deadline to enforce, and if the tournament is not played. Upon match start you will have 1 hour to play the match, if its not played within that 1 hour the tournament will be cancelled.

Unable to Schedule a Match

If both players post the times they can be available to play and none of those times match a match time will not be scheduled. You will want to message your opponent through the mail box on the site and attempt to play on your own time. If the match is not played by the time the round has to be advanced because of time restrictions the player that made themselves more available to play will be advanced.
